Okay, right off, this is what I believe, and it's true, because it's straight from the Bible. You can tell me that the Bible's wrong, but I don't care. It's the base of everything I believe, and I'd greatly appreciate it if you didn't try to shoot it down. So if all you're going to do is say that everything that I'm writing is wrong and stupid, please don't reply, because I'll just delete it. I understand we have different beliefs, so you don't have to tell me (quite rudely, I might add).
Okay, I'm done now, so I'm going on to the verses.

[u][b]God finds homosexual behavior detestable:[/b][/u]
"Do not practice homosexuality; it is a detestable sin."
[b][i]Leviticus 18:22[/i][/b]
[u][b]God will judge those who practice homosexual behavior:[/b][/u]
"But God shows his anger from Heaven against all sinful, wicked people who push the truth away from themselves[b].[i]19[/i][/b]For the truth about God is known to them instinctively. God has put this knowledge in their hearts[b].[i]20[/i][/b]From the time the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky and all that God made. They can clearly see his invisible qualities--his eternal power and devine nature. So they have no excuse whatsoever for not knowing God.
[b][i]21[/i][/b]Yes, they knew God, but they wouldn't worship him as God or even give him thanks. And they began to think up foolish ideas of what God was like. The result was that their minds became dark and confused.[b][i]22[/i][/b]Claiming to be wise, they became utter fools instead.[b][i]23[/i][/b]And instead of worshiping the glorious, ever-living God, they worshiped idols made to look like more people, or birds, and animals and snakes.
[b][i]24[/i][/b]So God let them go ahead and do whatever shameful things their hearts desired. As a result, they did vile and degrading things with each other's bodies.[b][i]25[/i][/b]Instead of believing what they knew to be true about God, they deliberately chost to believe lies. So they worshiped the things God made, but not the Creator himself, who is to be praised forever. Amen.
[b][i]26[/i][/b]That is why God abandoned them to their shameful desires. Even the women turned against the natural way to have sex and instead indulged in sex with each other.[b][i]27[/i][/b]And the men, instead of having normal sexual relationships with women, burned with lust for each other. Men did shmeful things with other men and, as a result, suffered within themselves the penalty they so richely deserved.
[b][i]28[/i][/b]When they refused to acknowledge God, he abandoned them to their evil minds and let them do things that should neve be done.[b][i]29[/i][/b]Their lives became full of wickedness, sin, greed, hate, envy, murder, fighting, deception, malicious behavior, and gossip.[b][i]30[/i][/b]They are back-stabbers, haters of God, insolent, proud, and boastful. They are forever inventing new ways of sinning, and are disobedient to their parents.[b][i]31[/i][/b]They refuse to understand, break their promises, and are heartless and unforgiving.[b][i]32[/i][/b]They are fully aware of God's death penalty for those who do these things, yet they go right ahead and do them anyway. And worse yet, they encourage others to do them, too."

[u][b]Homosexual behavior have no place among Christians:[/b][/u]
"Don't you know that those who do wrong will have no share in the Kingdom of God? Don't fool yourselves. Those who indulge in suxual sin, who are idol worshipers, adulterers, male prostitutes, homosexuals,[b][i]10[/i][ /b]thieves, greedy people, drunkards, abusers, and swindlers--none of these will have a share in the Kingdom of God."

I agree, and you're right, the Bible says that if you even lust after someone in your mind, you've commited adultry, and that's a sin. But you can repent, and God forgets, it's an awsome thing, God's grace.
btw, thanks for the new topic, I'll start talking about heterosexuality next. I was done with this, anyway. I asked for a new topic, but no one answered...

I hate to post this but did you ever think that those verses that you have pulled from the bible are taken out of context because you only have the verses for proof NOT the whole story?
I have nothing against you Sarah but I as you probably know by now most of our beliefs aren't the same

maybe I was incorrect, but u can always go and read the Bible, I'm sure u do, and that's y u can say it's out of context. U want me to add a couple verses to those, so they're not "out of context"? I will.
